Ramp closure coming to north Wenatchee as roundabout construction enters second phase

Updates are coming to the traffic control for the US 2/97 and Easy Street roundabout project in north Wenatchee this weekend.
Beginning Saturday, April 15, the northbound SR 285 to eastbound US 2/97 will be closed. Traffic will be detoured to the Easy Street/Penny Road ramp for access to eastbound US 2/97 across the Odabashian Bridge. This detour is expected to remain in place for 2 more months.
Travelers should remain alert for additional left turn traffic at the temporary roundabout on Euclid Avenue at the eastbound on ramp to the Odabashian Bridge, and plan for longer than normal travel times in the area. East Wenatchee commuters traveling at peak times should consider using the George Sellar Bridge to avoid adding to the congestion.
