High Heat and Winds throughout NCW

It will be windy through North Central Washington to breezy over the Upper Columbia Basin Thursday afternoon and again on Friday.
Conditions will also remain dry with fire spread a concern each afternoon and into the early evening hours. Red flag conditions are expected with rapid fire spread possible for any new or ongoing fires in the warning area.
