Port Authority Seeks Proposals for Airport Concession Operator

information released

The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is seeking proposals for a new food and beverage concession operator within the commercial terminal at Pangborn Memorial Airport. The approximately 2,175-square-foot space includes an existing commercial kitchen, service counter and customer seating, with opportunities for concepts ranging from coffee and café service to bakery, grab-and-go, breakfast and lunch, catering, and more.

And the opportunity extends beyond travelers. With a growing business park nearby, airport employees, local residents and visitors, the location has the potential to serve a broad customer base while also supporting catering, delivery and other complementary food-service operations.

Proposals are due October 30, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Prospective operators are also encouraged to schedule a tour of the space before submitting a proposal.
