The Lady Goats softball team played a fantastic away game against the Wahluke Warriors. With the score tied at 1-1 through the top of the third, the game remained close and competitive through all 7 innings.

The Goats kept the bats going throughout the game, with great base hits by America Avila, Morgyn Harrison, Joslynn Simmons, and Katie Rainville. Kira Sandoval threw another excellent game to Taryn Sweeney behind the plate. Sweeney enjoyed throwing out her first (of this season) steal to second base.

Defense was on point and energy was high! With the final being 1-8, the Goats continue to see tremendous growth in skills as well as in (in the words of Coach Laura Potts) attitude and effort!
