Choose a tag, wrap a gift, brighten the day for a local senior citizen

information released

In our small town, kindness has always had a way of shining the brightest during the holidays.

You can fulfill a simple wish from a Heritage Heights resident by participating in the Giving Tree at Whaley’s General Store in downtown Chelan. Help make the holidays a little warmer and a little brighter for the residents who have given so much to our community throughout the years.

Here’s how it works

Each tag on the giving tree represents a Christmas wish from someone who would love to feel remembered this season.

If you’re able, consider choosing a tag, fulfilling a wish, and giving a resident a meaningful Christmas.

  • Choose a tag at the desk.
  • Check the tag out with the sales clerk.
  • Purchase the gift(s).
  • Wrap the gift(s).
  • Put the tag with their name on the gift(s).
  • Return the wrapped gift(s) to Whaley’s by Saturday, December 20!

Thank you for helping spread holiday cheer, one gift at a time!
