Join Chelan County Public Works on October 22nd at the Manson Grange for a discussion about pedestrian safety in Manson. They will host an open house at 5 p.m., when they will give a Safe Routes to School project presentation.
Chelan County Public Works will also host “walking audits” at 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. These are opportunities for open discussions while they walk along Totem Pole Road with you and listen to your concerns. They want to hear what you think are the priority walking routes and what preferred safety features you would like to see for Manson students walking or biking to school.
