Join Chelan County Assessor Wes Cornelius and his team at a spring meeting for an overview of the property tax assessment process.
The office will explain how assessments are determined and share trends that may impact your 2026 assessed value for 2027 taxes.
The following meetings are planned:
- Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee area: 6 to 7 p.m. on April 23 at Leavenworth Fire Hall, 228 Chumstick Highway
- Chelan and Manson area: 6 to 7 p.m. on April 29 at Chelan City Hall, 135 E. Johnson Ave.
- Cashmere/South Wenatchee/Malaga area: 6 to 7 p.m. on May 20 at Wenatchee High School, in the new commons area.
- Entiat and North Wenatchee area: 6 to 7 p.m. on March 27 at Wenatchee Valley Fire Department Station No. 11, 206 Easy St. in Wenatchee.
As a reminder, first half of 2025 property taxes are due by April 30 to the Chelan County Treasurer’s Office. Second half of taxes are due by Oct. 31.
