Boys’ Game Recap: Final Chelan 67 – Cascade 34

The Chelan Mountain Goats defeat the Cascade Kodiaks on Tuesday night at Chelan High School.  The Goats came out with a lot of energy and defensive intensity and were able to force some Cascade turnovers which were converted into transition buckets.  Chelan took a 16 point lead into the 2nd quarter and built on that all game long. Chelan was led by Connor Wilson’s 21 points, though the Goats were very balanced having 5 other players with 7pts or more.

Coach Pearl said “It was good to get a league win, we’re going to have to battle for those all season long in the CTL.  Our defense really was able to set the tone for our offense tonight.  We were able to get several high percentage shots out of transition.  It was a true team effort tonight.”
