Information released by County Public Works

Do Your Part: When winter pruning, be on the lookout for traffic signs that may be blocked come summer when trees and leaves are grown. When pruning, trim trees 3 to 5 feet away from road signs to avoid causing a traffic accident. At intersections, prune back trees to maintain a clean line-of-sight so drivers can see any approaching vehicles.
