Chelan County Management has issued the following reminder!
We are seeing way too many people driving around in our Level 3 evacuation areas — especially in the Entiat Valley.
We allow homeowners in Level 3 areas to visit their homes when it is appropriate. This doesn’t mean that homeowners can then drive throughout the area. Conditions are still dangerous, with the potential for downed or falling trees and active fire.
So, again, we ask that people stop this behavior immediately.
