A Concert in Honor of America’s 250th, featuring The Cascadia Chorale, Pipestone Adult and Youth Orchestras and very special guests

On Friday and Saturday, May 8 & 9, Cascadia Music’s community ensembles, The Pipestone Orchestra, Cascadia Chorale and Pipestone Youth Orchestra will perform an exciting and diverse program of Jazz, orchestral and folk compositions by Gershwin, Aaron Copeland, Paul Simon, Aretha Franklin and others.
Led by Directors Terry and Pam Hunt, the concert will span generations and regions of the United States, with large ensemble pieces as well as solos and small groups. VERY special guests Laura Love (vocals), John Weeks (fiddle) and Brian Alley (banjo) will also be featured throughout the show.
With these amazing artists blending with over 30 singers and 40 musicians, ages 11-82, from all walks of our valley community, the spring concert promises a night of musical excellence and exemplifies Cascadia’s mission to create connection in a divided world by sharing the joys of music!

- Details: Two performances will be held: Friday May 8 and Saturday May 9 at 7:00 p.m. in the Methow Valley Community Center Gym. 201 State Rte 20, Twisp, WA
- Beverages: beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
- Admission $20 Adults in advance, $25 at the door, $10 Youth (5-15), Under 5 free.
