Annual Wayne Kelly Memorial Top Dog Parade and Shamrock Shuffle Saturday in Chelan

One of the favorite events in the Lake Chelan Valley takes place this Saturday as Chelan celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with the 38th annual Top Dog Parade and Shamrock Shuffle 5K.
Sponsored by the Lake Chelan Lions Club, the 8th Annual Shamrock Shuffle will kick of the Saturday fun with their 5K Fun Run/Walk starting at 9:30 am at Riverwalk Park.
The event is a fundraiser for Diabetes education and also provides youth scholarships for a summer camp. On site registration will be available from 8:30 to 9:30 the day of the event.
No pre-registration is necessary — just show up!
The Top Dog Parade is scheduled to begin at noon Saturday, with the parade formation starting at 11:30 in the parking lot behind Wells Fargo Bank.
All varieties and sizes of dogs will be sporting the color green and will be joined by their humans in parading down Woodin Avenue.
The street will also be lined with spectators watching for their favorite dogs and waiting to see which one will be named Top Dog of 2025!
