Manson Celebrates Apple Blossom Festival Under Sunny Skies

98th Annual Manson Apple Blossom Attracts Great Crowds

It was a picture-perfect day on Saturday for the 98th edition of the Manson Apple Blossom Parade. Parade goers were delighted by the many and varied floats, marching bands, classic cars, dancing horses and more.

Queen Alyssa La Mar and Princesses Dioci Cervantes, Celina Mendoza and Addi Torgensen were near the front of the parade that lasted one hour and five minutes. 2018 Grand Marshalls were Dave and Betty Pettit.

In addition to the parade itself, the day also featured the always popular Kiwanis pancake breakfast, a quilt show, street fair, chicken noodle dinner, 3 on 3 basketball tourney, Manson Idol and the 17th annual Pig Jig fun run sponsored by North Cascade Bank that had more than 300 participants.
