Winter Storm Continues with Moderate to Heavy Snow

Chains currently required on US-2 Stevens Pass

The National Weather Service has issued an ongoing winter storm watch. Moderate to heavy snowfall will impact the Cascades and surrounding valleys, as well as the northern mountains.

The best chance for accumulating snow across the lowlands is along and north of US-2 (Stevens Pass), especially in the east slopes of the Cascades over to the Okanogan Highlands.
