Saturday, September 21st 10am-Noon: Harvest Time. This is the last class in the Educational Wine Class Series!
Our vineyard crew’s joy and pride will be on display for you to experience. All of their expertise, sweat, and efforts are seen being carefully harvested from the vines they have cared for since last harvest.
From the vines, the grapes are handpicked and transferred to 1 ton bins where they will be transferred to the crush pad. Witness first-hand the incredible process that takes place in our estate vineyard year after year.
Take in the sights and sounds of harvest and learn everything you need to know from Winemaker, Ray Sandidge. The class will end with a food and wine pairing portion.
If you’re not already registered for this class, there is still room! You don’t need to have taken any of the previous classes in the series to appreciate the excitement of harvest.
