Work continues on bridge, road, sidewalks, park, and landscaping

This information reflects what the contractor currently anticipates. Weather and other circumstances can change construction crew activities, which could impact road and park access. During vehicular closures, all roads are open to pedestrians and bicyclists. For safety, bicyclists are asked to walk their bikes due to the limited space and compromised condition of the roadway.

All aspects of the project are expected to be completed before Memorial Day Weekend, the end of May. For additional information, please visit the bridge project website. 

 Activities planned for week of April 29 – May 3
  • Bridge concrete repairs
  • Installing pavers in sidewalks
  • Finish pouring curbs and sidewalks
  • Installing planter fence
  • Irrigation and landscaping
  • HMA patching
  • Landing Park Closed
  • Woodin Avenue Bridge Traffic Closure (Monday – Friday Morning)
  • Columbia St  (Closed as needed for paving)
