Information and photos from the City of Chelan
This week the construction crew is grading for traffic curbs and sidewalks, pouring concrete curbing and sidewalk, installing illumination conduit, and working on the concrete seating

Activities planned for next week, April 15-19:

  • Installation of irrigation sleeves
  • Begin Landing Park wall
  • Concrete pours for curbs, planter seating, and sidewalks
  • Landing Park closed
  • Woodin Avenue Bridge closed Monday 8am – Friday 7am

Activities planned for week of April 22-26:

  • Start installation of bridge lamp posts
  • Finish Landing Park wall
  • Concrete pours for curbs, planter seating, and sidewalks
  • Landing Park closed
  • Woodin Avenue Bridge closed Monday 8am – Friday 7am
During bridge closures, pedestrians will continue to have access at all times with bicyclists using the same area. For safety, bicyclists are asked to walk their bikes due to the limited space and compromised condition of the roadway.
All aspects of the project are expected to be completed before Memorial Day Weekend, the end of May.
Note: This look ahead reflects what the contractor currently anticipates. Weather and other circumstances can change construction crew activities and bridge access. Please visit the project website for additional information.
