Spread your message September 4-7 at the Fair in Cashmere

Are you a nonprofit organization serving the community? Come join us at the 2025 Chelan County Fair!
For $25, you can have a 10-foot by 10-foot outdoor vendor space during the fair, which is Sept. 4-7 in Cashmere. You provide your own tables, chairs and tent. You must also have a $1 million liability insurance policy listing the fair as the additionally insured. Or you can purchase the insurance through us.
With your space, you will receive one pass — good for one person a day. Parking is free.
This is our way of giving back — giving our nonprofit community groups an opportunity to spread their messages.
If you are interested, fill out a regular vendor application, marking that you are a nonprofit and won’t be selling anything at the fair.
