With a win at Soap Lake, the boys and girls finish with a 9-0 record in league play. With Senior night at home on Thursday, May 2nd, the Trojans have one more non-league match left in their regular season.

The Manson boys swept 5-0, but the end score does not reflect how competitive this match was. Cavan Willard, down 2-4 in the first half, came back to win 8-6. Sota Watanabe, down 0-3, came back to win 8 games in a row, finishing with an 8-3 win. Ashton Fretwell and Ben Rasmusson had to win it in a tie-breaker, which kept both players undefeated seasons alive. Jacob England, Freshmen, looked solid at singles, putting away Manson’s only quick win. Seniors Oashan Sanchez and Finn Smith came back from being down, but finished with an 8-6 victory.

On the girls side, the Manson team of Stella and Brynn won their number one doubles game 8-0. The team of Molly Fretwell and Lizzy Hutchinson also won their match 8-3. In an exhibition match, Aaliyah Torres put on a spectacular show against Soap Lake’s number two Varsity boys singles player. Ultimately, the girls go home with a 5-0 win due to Soap Lake’s small team.
