COUNTRY Financial is pleased to announce Chelan Fire & Rescue and Lake Chelan Health EMS as recipients of COUNTRY Financial Operation Helping Heroes awards. COUNTRY Financial representative Ryan Greene recently presented $750 donations to each group as part of the recognition. The donation will help fund much needed equipment and supplies.
“These men and women of Chelan Fire & Rescue and Lake Chelan Health EMS have gone above and beyond to take care of our community,” said Greene. “This recognition is just a small gesture compared to what these Heroes do, day in and day out. We wanted to express our gratitude and provide support where they need it most.”
Greene made a previous donation to Lake Chelan Health which helped them purchase a single wheel gurney than could be used to transport patients across difficult terrain.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact communities across the U.S. and add pressure to the nation’s first responders, COUNTRY Financial is stepping to provide funds.
Through its Operation Helping Heroes program, COUNTRY Financial has donated millions to organizations and programs that support first responders and active-duty service members, supporting the company’s vision to “enrich lives in the communities we serve.”
