Opportunity to learn about the new DART Service

Information released by Link Transit

Link Transit outreach staff will be in Chelan all day Monday, December 16th helping to educate community members about the new Chelan DART service along with other Link information. Monday also celebrates the 28th Anniversary of Link providing transit service to local communities.

The Dial-A-Ride program is a shared ride, advance reservation system at a cost of one-dollar for each one-way ride. Link representatives will be stationed at the Chelan Public Library throughout the day on Monday and will also make stops at several other Chelan locations including Lake Chelan Community Hospital, Safeway, and Walmart as they move from one location to another in an effort to educate the community about DART.

Chelan Dial-A-Ride operates Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and is a self-reservation system using either a mobile app or a desktop computer. The coverage area has been expanded to include all the city limits of Chelan from Tunnel Hill Winery above Pat and Mike’s, east to Willmorth Drive, north to Lake Chelan Golf Course and west to Crystal View Estates. If you are unsure if you are within the service boundary, please call 509-662-3569 or click here for more information.
