Routine inspection scheduled for Saturday and Sunday on SR 285 Wenatchee River Bridge

A Washington State Department of Transportation inspection team will perform a regularly scheduled bridge inspection of the SR 285/Wenatchee River Bridge on Saturday and Sunday.
The bridge inspection will require the closure of the outside northbound lane of the bridge starting at 6 a.m. and is scheduled to be complete by 3 p.m. both days. This will be the only lane closure necessary for the inspection. The outside lane will be open during non-working hours this weekend.
The closure and inspection may cause longer than normal travel times for northbound traffic and motorists are encouraged to add some time to their trip and should remain attentive for the inspection team when crossing the bridge.
