March is National Nutrition Month, and Lake Chelan Health is offering you an easy way to learn more about your personal health.
Join Primary Care Provider Michelle Nguyen, along with members of the LCH EMS and Community Healthcare team for this month’s Health Connections event: Monday, March 18, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Primary Care facility located at 219 E. Johnson in Chelan.
There will be a variety of free scans and health checks, including:
- Blood Pressure Check
- Glucose Check
- Inbody Body Composition Scan and Report
