Eleven Club Members Competed this week

Thursday, March 25, was our Ladies Golf Club opening day. Lots of fun to be had in this very strange year. Lots of “snow birds” are still south or elsewhere and we look forward to a much bigger field of players soon.
Eleven brave women were in attendance for the competition of Par 5s and Par 3s which is a total of all par 5 and par 3 holes less 1/2 of your handicap.
This week’s competition winners were:
- Division 1: First place, Linda Hahn, 27. Second place, Nancy Judson, 28.
- Division 2: First place, Loa Servis, 34.
- Division 3: First place, Karen Erickson, 30.
There were no birdies or chip-ins so the chip-in pot will carry over to next week. Next week’s competition will be Monthly Medal (low gross and low net by division and fewest putts). There will be a breakfast meeting at 8 am followed by golf at 9:30.
