Amanda Ballou has announced she will retire from her role as Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Heights in October 2021.  Retiring after 18 years with Heritage Heights, Ballou has served as CEO from 2007 to 2021.

“Thank you for the honor of being able to serve our seniors in the Chelan Valley and learn their unique stories,” Ballou said.

“It’s been a privilege to work alongside Heritage Heights’ dedicated employees, and I am grateful for the years of collaboration with all of our families, community organizations, healthcare partners, and business and government leaders.”

Local leadership will continue under Manuel Navarro, board chair, and other members of Heritage Heights’ Board—Timi Starkweather, Steve Firman, Leslie Myers, Kelly Allen, Wendy Isenhart, and Linda Maloney—ensuring continued responsive service and community engagement. Heritage Heights will remain a locally governed, nonprofit organization committed to excellent service to our residents and their families.
