Hearing Today on State of Emergency Lawsuit

The Chelan and Douglas County Citizen Coalition Suit is scheduled for a hearing today, Wednesday, June 3 at 2 p.m. in Chelan Superior Court before Judge Kristin Ferrera. The court plans to hear the venue transfer request and may hear the temporary restraining order (TRO) request.
