CVHT Project Receives Funding from Cascade Public Infrastructure Fund

Framing is underway at Chelan Valley Housing Trust’s Iowa Street development thanks in no small part to the Chelan County Commission.
CVHT is building two 3-bedroom, 2 bath homes on Iowa Street in South Chelan for local wage earners making 120% area median income or less. The Chelan County Commissioners granted funding from the Cascade Public Infrastructure Fund for the housing trust to purchase the property.
The homes are being built by K & L Homes with financing from North Cascades Bank. The homes will be finished by Fall 2023.
