Those visiting downtown Chelan this Saturday will experience a major dose of nostalgia as more than 60 cars, trucks, motorcycles and tractors will be on display during the 15th annual Cruizin Chelan Car Show.

Participants will begin positioning their vehicles on both sides of Woodin Avenue starting at 6 a.m. Saturday. The show opens to the public at 9 a.m., judging begins at 11 a.m. and awards will be announced at 3 p.m. The popular event is free to the public.

This years show’n shine is sponsored by Miller’s Lake Chelan Auto Museum and the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce. Museum owner Leo Miller said more than 20 awards will be given out, including Best of Show, which is voted on by the public. A DJ will also be playing music at the corner of Woodin and Emerson during the car show.

For participants who arrive on Friday, Miller’s Lake Chelan Auto Museum will be hosting a kickoff party starting at 4 0’clock that will feature music, food, beverages, and the opportunity to view the museums collection.

Miller’s Lake Chelan Auto Museum, a collection of vehicles and memorabilia so large it requires multiple buildings to house them all, officially opens to the public in July for the 2021 summer season. Admission by donation.
