Saturday night concludes with fireworks display at Don Morse Park

More than 100 classic cars, trucks and motorcycles will descend on Chelan this weekend during the 13th annual Cruizin Chelan Classic Car Show. The event will also play host to the 4th annual Pacific Northwest Pro Classic BBQ Competition.
The fun kicks off Friday evening with a barbeque dinner, beer garden, kids activities and live music all taking place at Riverwalk Park starting at 5 pm. The Show N Shine takes place Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm with all off the vehicles lined up along Woodin Avenue in downtown Chelan. The kids activities will be offered again on Saturday along with the beer garden, while car show awards will be announced at 3 o’clock.
You can start the day on Saturday with the Chelan Volunteer Fire Department pancake breakfast from 8 am to 11 am and then cap the day off by enjoying a Fireworks show starting around 10 pm (dusk) at Don Morse Park.
Participants in this years Pro Classic BBQ competition with be offering $2 tastings on Saturday, while the actual BBQ competition takes place on Sunday at Riverwalk Park. The Cruizin Chelan Classic Car Show is sponsored by the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce.
