Public Comment Welcome; Planning Commission Public Hearing Scheduled for July 24

A draft version of the proposed code development for Short Term Rentals/Vacation Rentals is now available for public viewing on the Chelan County website
Several workshops have taken place for the County Commissioner and the Planning Commission to review, educate, ask questions, and provide direction as to the next steps in the process in the management of Short Term Rentals.
The Planing Commission will hold a public hearing on July 24, 2019 at 7:00 PM, location to be determined. To provide public comment on this topic, please email Lynn Machado. Be sure to put STR Public Comment in the subject line.
Pending Planning Commission approval, it is estimated that the Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing some time in August.
