Chelan High School sophomore Xitlali Cruz has been selected to attend Carnegie Mellon’s AI4ALL computer science summer program!
It is a three week program for rising juniors and seniors at the Carnegie Mellon campus in Pittsburgh, PA. Carnegie Mellon invented Artificial Intelligence in the 1950s and is recognized around the world as a leader of computer science and robotics education.
Microsoft Philanthropies is sponsoring two TEALS computer science students from each TechSpark region to participate – 20 students total. Xitlali is one of those students!
Microsoft will cover all costs associated with the AI4ALL program including housing, food, books, materials, and transportation.
