It Was a Tough Homecoming Loss for The Goats, But a Fun Week for Chelan High School

by Dennis Rahm

Sargent Field in Chelan was packed with a vocal home crowd that would see the visiting Cascade Kodiaks up-end the Goats on a beautiful Homecoming evening. It was a close and hard-fought game that the visitors won 34-28.

The loss keeps Chelan winless in the Caribou Trail League at 0-3 and 3-4 overall. The Goats will play their final league game next Friday at Omak.

Congratulations to the 2018 Homecoming Court and to Queen Lucy Bordner and King Caden Bryant!

Friday’s football game and crowning of the homecoming queen and king was the grand finale of activities that included field day and a downtown pep rally. We hope you enjoy the photo gallery of events below.
