Chelan Volleyball Recognized by State Legislators

CHS Powerhouse program honored with WA HouseResolution #4639

In addition to earning an record-setting five consecutive back-to-back State Championships in the 1-A Volleyball ranks, Chelan High School was recently honored by Washington State Representatives Mike Steele and Brian Burnett with the presentation of WA HouseResolution #4639. This prestigious honor outlines the persistence, leadership, skills, and determination embodied by the young women who play on the CHS Volleyball teams.

The CHS Lady Goats took top honors in the 1-A State Volleyball Tournaments in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024! Sadly, there was no tournament in 2020 due to COVID because many sports aficionados believe Chelan would very likely have challenged all comers that year as well.

Copies of the signed resolution (the unsigned version is below) have been distributed to the school district, coaches, and team members.
