The Chelan Valley Hope Board of Directors voted at a special board meeting on September 24th to hire Jean Gambrielle as the new Director for this local social services non-profit.  Jean began her work on Monday, October 2nd in this full time position.

“I am so very excited to be part of this team of staff and wonderful volunteers who together do so much for those in need in the Chelan Valley. I have enjoyed so far getting to know all who work here and I have lots of admiration in how they relate to the clients that come in the front door”, said Jean.

Chelan Valley Hope has been providing civic value for over 10 years by helping others help themselves.  Emergency shelter, food and gas vouchers, rent and utility assistance, non-food personal items, and direction and support through ongoing case management, are all resources that CVH can assist with.

“The staff and volunteers listen intently and build a relationship based on dignity and respect with individuals and family clients who come into the Cornerstone Building on Monday and Wednesdays,” said Board President, Michael Gibb.  “We are thrilled to have Jean Gambrielle lead this team and this important agency day-to-day and strategically into the future as we grow our client services to meet the needs in the greater Chelan-Manson area”.

Jean brings over 20 years of professional experience in personnel and program management with Northwest Physicians Network.  She has strong team leadership skills, a deep background in marketing, communication, client and community relations, and organizational efficiencies.  Gibb added, “Besides her leadership and management expertise, we look forward to the heart and passion Jean brings in service to others and to our mission at CVH of furthering positive changes in people’s lives”.
