Customers encouraged to participate with survey

Chelan County PUD customers may get a call or an email in the next two weeks asking for their input on the utility’s overall service, customer satisfaction and other key issues. Strategies 360, an independent research firm, will conduct the survey May 2-11, 2022.
The survey, performed every two years, helps the PUD assess customer sentiment and areas of community interest as it develops its programs and services for customer-owners.
