The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA) is thrilled to announce that applications for the highly anticipated Trades District will officially open on January 17, 2025. This transformative project is designed to foster innovation, support entrepreneurship, and drive economic growth in the Wenatchee Valley.
Located within the Wenatchee Valley’s growing economic hub, the Trades District offers state-of-the-art facilities tailored to businesses in manufacturing, technology, and trades. Entrepreneurs, small business owners, and startups will have the opportunity to join a dynamic community focused on collaboration and innovation.
“The Trades District is more than just a space—it’s a catalyst for bold ideas and thriving businesses,” said Brooke Lammert, Economic Development Specialist at the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority. “We’re here to support emerging entrepreneurs and small businesses by providing the resources, community, and opportunities they need to turn their vision into reality and drive lasting economic impact in our region.”
Applications will be available online starting January 17 at www.cdrpa.org/trades-district. Interested applicants are encouraged to prepare early and take advantage of this unique opportunity to grow and scale their businesses in a supportive, resource-rich environment.
