County Offices will be closed Nov. 28-29 for Thanksgiving Holiday

OFFICE CLOSURE: Chelan County offices will be closed on Nov. 28-29 for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Dryden Transfer Station will be closed on Thursday and Friday as well but will be open its normal hours on Saturday.
The following is a list of regularly scheduled maintenance for Chelan County Public Works for the week of Nov. 25, 2019. Maintenance plans may change with weather conditions or equipment difficulties. Visit the Public Works website, where the weekly road maintenance information is regularly updated.
District 1 (Wenatchee): The crew will be fixing guardrail in the Wenatchee District.
District 2 (Cashmere): Crews will be doing winter prep work, including hauling and screening rock for future use.
District 3 (Leavenworth): The crew will be brushing snowplow routes and cleaning catch basins around the district. The crew also will be cleaning a culvert on Chiwawa River Road and doing snow and ice control as needed.
District 4 (Entiat): The crew will be brushing on Entiat River Road, from milepost 10 to 17. It also will be cleaning shoulders and ditching in Mills Canyon. Expect one-lane, flagger-controlled traffic on Mills Canyon Road.
District 5 (Chelan): Crews will be brushing on South Lakeshore Road. Motorists should expect to see one-lane, flagger-controlled traffic with minor delays in the work zone. The crew also will be brushing in the Manson area (no traffic delays expected) and doing snow and ice control as needed.
