Road Maintenance: Week of November 16

Maintenance plans may change with weather conditions or equipment difficulties. Visit the Chelan County Public Works website, where the weekly road maintenance information is regularly updated. District 1 (Wenatchee) – Crews will be doing snow and ice control as needed as well as brushing plow routes.
District 2 (Cashmere) – Crews will be brushing in the Blewett area and doing snow and ice control as needed.
District 3 (Leavenworth) – The crew will be doing snow and ice control as needed as well as brushing all plow routes. Crews also will be cutting hazardous trees on Upper Chumstick Highway and on Chiwawa Loop. When working on Chumstick Highway, flaggers will be directing traffic. Watch for one-lane traffic and plan for minor road delays while crews are working.
District 4 (Entiat) – Crews will be doing snow and ice control as needed and will continue to haul materials out of the Mud Creek Road yard.
District 5 (Chelan) – Crews will be doing shoulder stabilization work in the Boyd Road area as well as on Ivan Morse Road. Motorists will see one-lane, flagger-controlled traffic in the work areas. Plan for minor traffic delays. The crew also will brush all snow plow routes and ditch in the Manson area as time allows. Ditching requires one-lane, flagger-controlled traffic. And the crew will be doing snow and ice control as needed.
