More Snow is Forecast Through Weekend

The National Weather Service anticipates moderate to heavy snow Friday morning (1-10) through Monday morning 1-13)
A vigorous winter storm will arrive to the Pacific Northwest this morning, with a prolonged period of moderate to heavy snow over the mountains and adjacent valleys through the weekend and early next week.
Chains are required on all vehicles except all wheel drive on Hwy. 2 – Stevens Pass. Oversize Vehicles Prohibited. It is currently snowing with temperatures in the low 20’s. Snow and ice on the roadway. Check the WSDOT Webcam for updated conditions.
On I-90 – Snoqualmie Pass traction tires are required unless AWD, chains required on Vehicles over 10,000 gross vehicle weight. Oversize Vehicles Prohibited. It is currently snowing and 24 degrees. Check the WSDOT Webcam for updated conditions.
Blewett Pass (Hwy. 97) has an advisory for traction tires and Oversize Vehicles Prohibited. There is snow, slush and ice on the roadway. Check the WSDOT Webcam for updated conditions.
