160 tested in Chelan and Manson

The Chelan Douglas Health District teamed up with Chelan Valley Community Health this week to make available free self-administered COVID test kits as well as free face masks to residents in Chelan and Manson.
80 kits, all that were available, were disbursed Wednesday at the CVCH clinic in Chelan and again on Thursday at the fire station in Manson . The tests were collected upon completion and sent to an on-site lab in Brewster with results expected within 24-hours. CVCH Clinic Administrator Marylouise Jones said she was pleased with the success of the program. It is not known if the program will be implemented again at a later date.
