Yes? You may be our next Planning Commission member!
We have an open, unexpired term on the nine-member commission. Applications are due to County Commissioner Brad Hawkins by 5 p.m. on Jan. 15. (That’s this Wednesday!) Send applications to Brad.Hawkins@co.chelan.wa.us. Finalists will be selected for interviews later this month. Click here for the application.
The new commission member will fill a term that expires Dec. 31 but can seek re-appointment to a full, four-year term at the end of the year.
The Planning Commission meets monthly in the evenings on the fourth Wednesday. On occasion, it may hold additional special meetings or hearings.
