To better serve you, Lake Chelan Health is partnering with Wipfli LLP to conduct a community health needs assessment survey. This survey is designed to gather valuable insights into the health needs and concerns of our community. Your responses will help us identify key health issues, understand the factors affecting our community’s well-being, and develop effective strategies to address these needs.
Please share openly and honestly as your responses will be collected directly from Wipfli and will remain confidential. This survey should take no more than 10-15 minutes. Thank you in advance for your time.
