Expect delays with flagger-controlled traffic on Monday, April 7

A Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crew will be performing maintenance on US 97A Knapps Hill tunnel (milepost 224) that will require flagger-controlled traffic and delays on Monday, April 7.
Work is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with traffic control at the tunnel starting at approximately 8 a.m.
Impacts:
- Drivers on US 97A will encounter delays at this location throughout the day.
- Those traveling between Wenatchee and Chelan may consider taking US 97 on the east side of the Columbia River.
- Those detouring on Navarre Coulee Rd. due to the slide on SR 971 South Lakeshore Rd. should add additional time to their travel plans for Monday.
