Planning Workshop October 30 for New Motorized Trail Plan

If you enjoy riding your motorbikes, ATVs or snowmobiles on our local motorized trails, Chelan County invites you to a planning workshop to help create its first motorized trails plan.

The Chelan County Motorized Trails Plan Workshop starts at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at Confluence Technology Center, 285 Technology Center Way in Wenatchee. Participants will take an active role, sharing their thoughts on existing trails, future facilities and more. An agenda is available at www.co.chelan.wa.us.

Can’t make the workshop? There’s still time to take an online survey that’s gathering information for the new plan. Open until Nov. 15, the 10-minute survey asks how people currently use local motorized trails and what issues they would like a motorized trail planning effort to include. You can find the survey also at www.co.chelan.wa.us.
