Join us for a sensational seasonal celebration in Twisp’s Downtown Creative District. This vibrant two-day event is packed with activities for all ages including an enchanting community dinner, live music and dance performances, an art market featuring regional creators, an artistic scarecrow contest, fun games, shopping specials and a wide selection of seasonal food and drinks.

Friday, September 27th at 4 p.m.

The return of the beloved Twisp Community Potluck. Join your friends, family, neighbors and newcomers for a special communal dinner held on TwispWorks Campus in partnership with the Methow Valley Interpretive Center. Dive into a memorable evening of delicious food and cultural enrichment. Share a meal while enjoying traditional stories and weaving demonstrations by local Indigenous women. Bring a dish to share and be a part of this cherished community tradition. Salmon donated by Yakima Nation will be prepared by 1908 BBQ & Bourbon.

Saturday, September 28th 11 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

After the Farmer’s Market head downtown to Glover Street for fun fall festivities starting at 11am Peruse the Fall Art Walk featuring an eclectic selection of goods from talented creators across the county. Play corn hole with friends, race your buddies in the burlap sack races, try your hand at pumpkin bowling or hop on a bedazzled unicorn for a hobby horse race!

Restaurants, tasting rooms and shops will be hosting specials throughout town so make sure to explore all that Twisp has to offer. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite scarecrow put together by local businesses! (winners will be announced at 4 p.m.)

Enjoy drinks from regional makers in the drink garden while listening to live music throughout the day on the downtown stage featuring local talent:

  • 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. — Ilo Curtis, Buz Brose & Bruce Herron
  • 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. — Brittany Jean
  • 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. — Watch the High Country Kickers get their groove on downtown and if the music moves you, join them for a number!
  • 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. — Wrap up the downtown festivities with energetic beats for dancing in the streets with DJ Insite Sounds, then head over to TwispWorks campus for an after party with live music from Swindler at the pavilion!

Twisp Fest promises to be a celebration of community spirit and seasonal joy. We invite residents and visitors alike to come together and experience the heart of the Methow Valley in full autumn splendor.
