Fire danger increases heading into the weekend

The National Weather Service has issued a fire weather advisory for Friday, 6/14/24.
A combination of breezy winds and dry conditions will lead to elevated concerns for wildfire spread Friday, especially in dry grassy areas. Use caution and be careful with fire and avoid creating a spark in dry areas.
As a reminder, there is a burn ban in all of unincorporated Chelan County.
