The community is invited to a special event featuring the 1932 Ruby Theatre scenery curtain! This one-night-only informal event is Thursday, May 2, 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Historic Ruby Theatre.
Come and listen to music from the photo-player Valentina, as performed by Larry Hibbard. See a one-of-a-kind painted show drop. This 1932 pre-show curtain was shown to audiences before the feature began and then rolled up to reveal the film screen behind.
It was carefully moved from the Chelan Museum last week (pictured) and it will be seen at the Ruby for a brief time.
