National Weather Service calls for gusty wind

The National Weather Service expects windy conditions on Tuesday.
Winds will become breezy from the north and northeast Tuesday into Tuesday night as cooler, Canadian air moves into the region. Wind gusts in the Okanogan Valley could be upwards of 40 mph at times.
Residents are encouraged to secure loose items and watch for downed tree branches.
