Phase I Report of Feasibility Study to be presented
Public Notice released by the Chelan-Douglas Regional Port Authority
The Regional Sports Complex Steering Committee will be meeting with its consulting firm, BerryDunn, on Thursday, October 26th, 2023 at 2:30 pm at the Confluence Technology Center. At this meeting, the Steering Committee will receive the Phase I Report of the Regional Sports Complex Feasibility Study.
Phase I of the study consists of an existing conditions survey, demographics, market analysis, and public input. Future phases include regional and local facility comparison, facility options (including programming and capital costs), site analysis, estimates of financial performance, economic impact, and funding options. The study area includes all of Chelan and Douglas counties.
