Three key leaders on management team promoted

North Cascades Bank has recently announced the promotion of three key leaders on its management team. Josh Stendera has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, Shelley Bird to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Kyla Allen to Executive Vice President and Director of Retail Banking and Marketing. Stendera has been with the bank since 2014 and both Bird and Allen have been with the bank since 1996.
